Christine Payne-Towler became a presence in the Tarot world in 1999, when her first book,
The Underground Stream; Esoteric Tarot Revealed, was released alongside her
massive body of Tarot interpretations. These interpretations power the
Tarot portion of the site www.Tarot.com right up to this day.

Since 2005 Christine has been depositing academic writings and NewMoon
interpretations at her blogsite, found at www.tarotuniversity.com.

In 2011 she and husband Michael Dowers published
The Tarot of the Holy Light, which was quickly voted the
6th best deck of 2011 at the international Tarot watering hole,
Aeclectic Tarot Forum (tarotforum.net). Look for the companion volume
Tarot of the Holy Light: Foundations of the Continental Tarot Tradition
